HAPPENINGS
1-24-12
We have about 2" of snow so we are still unable to the groom
the ski trails. The huge ice fishing tournament
on Gull Lake scheduled for January 21st has been postponed to
February 11th due to the bad ice conditions. The ice skating rink is
in great shape (check it on the webcam). Generally, the lakes are in good shape for
ice fishing but we would only recommend foot travel unless you
checked it out first. At this point all of the snowmobile
trails in the area are open but we would need another 6" to 8" of snow
before any of the clubs started grooming.
