To confirm your reservations, a partial advance payment of $375 to $1000 is required for all weekly rentals (depending on room size). For shorter stays, less advance payment may be required.
You are responsible for the payment of your entire number of nights reserved.
Your partial pre-payment is non-refundable, unless changes or cancellations are received at least 60 days (Memorial Day to Labor Day reservations) or 14 days (remainder of year reservations) prior to your arrival date. A $25.00 service charge will be deducted from all returns.
Arrival & Departure Times
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 10:00 am.
All units have a maximum occupancy which is strictly enforced. Infants are included in the maximum occupancy.
Linen and Towels
Bed linens and towels are furnished with each unit. Fresh towels are delivered to your room every day.
Kitchens are equipped with basic pots & pans, dishes, silverware, glassware, towels, dish soap, toaster, coffee maker and charcoal grill & tools. Extensive bakeware or cookware, charcoal or kitchen paper products are not provided.
Maid service is not included or offered.
The first port-crib is furnished free of charge and must be reserved in advance. Additional cribs are $15.00 per day and subject to availability.
Rollaways are available for a charge of $15.00 per day and must be reserved in advance.
No pets are allowed on the resort property.
There is no charge for tennis, playaks, paddleboats, or basketball. Boat gas is sold at the resort. We have rental boats, pontoons and bicycles.
