Our Winter Season is December 28th, 2026 to March 31st, 2027
Kavanaugh’s is closed from October 18th to December 28th.
All rooms at Kavanaugh’s have gas fireplace, wi-fi, cable TV, Blu-Ray player, hair dryers, iron w/board, Weber charcoal kettle grill and telephones.

Rental Policies
- Rentals: All units are rented on a minimum of two nights.
- Partial Pre-Payment: To confirm your winter reservations, a partial advance payment equal to one nights lodging is required for each reservation.
- Reservation Policy: You are responsible for the payment of your entire number of nights reserved.
- Cancellations: Your partial pre-payment is non-refundable, unless changes or cancellations are received at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. A $50 service charge will be deducted from all returns. If we are able to rent the entire reservation, we will refund the pre-payment less the $50 service charge. We are not able to accept cancellations due to weather.
- Arrival & Departure Times: Check-in is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:am.
- Maximum Occupancy: All units have maximum occupancy (including children). The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
- Linens and Towels: All bed linens and towels are furnished with each unit. Fresh towels are delivered to your room every day. Maid service is not available.
- Airbeds: Airbeds are available for a charge of $15 per day and must be reserved in advance.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the resort property.
