All rooms at Kavanaugh's have gas fireplaces, cable TV, DVD player, hair dryers,
iron and ironing board, telephones with voice mail messaging and free
high-speed internet access (both wireless and data-ports). |

| Rental Policies |
- All units are rented on a minimum of two
nights.
- Partial Pre-Payment: To confirm your winter
reservations, a partial advance payment equal to one nights
lodging is required for each reservation.
- Reservation Policy: You are responsible for the
payment of your entire number of nights reserved.
- Cancellations:
Your partial pre-payment is non-refundable, unless changes or
cancellations are received at least 14 days prior to your
arrival date. A $25 service charge will be deducted from all
returns. If we are able to rent the entire reservation, we
will refund the pre-payment less the $25 service charge.
We are not able to accept
cancellations due to weather.
- Arrival & Departure Times: Check-in
is 4:00pm and checkout is 10:am.
- Maximum Occupancy: All units have
maximum occupancy (including children). The maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
- Linens and Towels: All bed linens and towels are
furnished with each unit. Fresh towels are delivered to your
room every day. Maid service is not available.
- Rollaways: Rollaways are available for a charge of
$10 per day and must be reserved in advance.
- Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed on the resort
property.
