It seems like every year summer goes by just a little bit faster. It has been such a busy summer so far at Kavanaugh’s Resort that we haven’t even been able to really share with you our new Blog, so it seems like the time has come to start sharing some fun stuff with everyone. This past May we launched our new Kavanaugh’s Resort website and hope that you all are enjoying it. We have brought a new and updated feel to it but at the same time have tried to keep the simple, easy to use site that we were replacing. We also hope that you like our Facebook page www.facebook.com/kavanaughsresort and our Instagram page @kavanaughsmn to check out great photos and things that are happening around the resort each day, and of course, we hope you will also share some of your great memories of Kavanaugh’s Resort and the Brainerd Lakes Area as well. Our Facebook page is also the official home of the famous Kavanaugh Rubber Duck Races, now in their 12th year of fun! This page is a great place to see all of our racers from finals throughout the season racing in our whitewater races….even after 150 races we still have a blast each Monday of the summer! It has been a fun summer around the resort so far and we look forward to the rest of August, a great Labor Day Weekend, and of course, a beautiful Fall season here in the heart of the Lakes Country.
